Winemaker(s): Gilles Azam – working organically at high altitude in the hills above Limoux. A small estate dedicated to purity, precision and expressing the cool, stony terroir of these elevated vineyards.

Winemaking: Chardonnay grown on fossil-rich limestone at altitude; organic farming; cool fermentation; no oak to keep the wine transparent, taut and mineral. A calm, low-intervention approach lets freshness and site speak clearly.

Name Meaning: “Panorama Blanc” reflects the sweeping views and dramatic elevation of the domaine — a wine shaped by mountain air and open horizons.

Interesting Fact: Despite being made in southern France, the high-altitude slopes give this Chardonnay the freshness and tension you’d expect from a much cooler region.
