It’s organised by style, with Fizz broken down into Pet Nats and Other Styles, Whites that are Bright + Fresh then those that are Textural + Fuller-bodied, and Reds which are lighter, then those with more oomph. Beer + Cider – We have a small but perfectly formed list featuring a selection from our friends in Bristol (two on Draft and the rest in cans), and some guest bottles from further afield.
