Sarah from our team stumbled across Saddle Goose a few weekends ago during a trip to Frome. She popped into their Cellar Door, had a taste, and came back raving - like really raving. So we did what any self-respecting wine bar would do: got on the phone and asked winemaker Adam Collins if he fancied coming to Bristol. He said yes.
