Why we like it: we were lucky enough to visit the vineyard in 2022 and can still remember drinking this while eating shavings of charcuterie.  complex / graphite, liquorice, currant, and blackberry, dried flowers, hint of balsamic / bold with high alcohol cut through by fine line of acidity
