Location: Costa Vescovato / Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
Grapes: 100% Cortese
Style: Still White | Natural-Leaning | Skin-Touch / Light Maceration | ~13% ABV

Winemaker(s): Daniele Ricci — a craftsman of the Colli Tortonesi hills who revived the family estate with low-intervention, organic practices. He blends respect for native varieties with hands-on, natural winemaking: spontaneous ferments, minimal manipulation, no filtration — letting Cortese speak for itself.
Winemaking: Cortese grapes are harvested, given a short skin maceration to draw texture and grip, then fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees. Bottled without filtration, with minimal sulphur, preserving freshness and minerality.
Name Meaning: “Ti Voglio Bene” — “I love you” in Italian — a warm, personal name that hints at the affection and care poured into each bottle. There is no pretense: this is everyday wine made with love, honesty and place in mind.
Interesting Fact: While Piemonte is best known for rich reds and hills of Nebbiolo or Barbera, this is a delicate, natural-leaning white from Cortese — a refreshing change and a reminder of the region’s white-wine potential.
Serve With: Light shellfish, plain pasta with olive oil and herbs, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, summer salads, or simply as a bright, easy-drinking aperitif.
When to drink at Christmas: For something to pique interest in the lull between Christmas and New Year
