Winemaker(s): Walgate — known for thoughtful, minimal-input English winemaking that favours gentle extraction, long élevage and clarity of fruit from cool-climate vineyards.

Winemaking: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay destemmed and crushed together; 5-day soak before pressing. Aged in stainless steel, concrete and one Georgian qvevri for eight months. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulphur; 7,545 bottles made.

Name Meaning: “Rosato” signals a more textural, structured take on rosé — savoury, vivid and meant for food as much as sunshine drinking.

Interesting Fact: Grapes come from two standout Essex sites — Crouch Valley and Little Grange — both known for producing some of the ripest, most expressive fruit in England.
