The “French Kiss” (La Galoche) line is intended as easy-drinking, low-intervention wines for immediate enjoyment and pure pleasure

Winemaking: Whole-bunch / carbonic (or semi-carbonic) maceration over ~5 days to preserve freshness and varietal vibrancy; light extraction; no heavy oak — emphasis on purity, fruit and drinkability. Bottled young and meant for drinking early

Name Meaning: “French Kiss” (La Galoche) captures the kiss-of-youth, spontaneity and easy charm of a Nouveau-style Gamay — light, playful and full of youthful fruit — the wine equivalent of a flirtatious first kiss.

Interesting Fact: Domaine Saint-Cyr converted their entire estate to organic farming about a decade ago, making them one of the largest organic domaines in Beaujolais — and this wine shows how organic viticulture can produce cheerful, honest Nouveau wines without compromise.
