Fresh for 2025, Kitchen by KASK is the home of Frankie’s. For two weeks each month, it’s all about fried chicken & waffles. For the other two weeks it’s an event space for hire and for the occasional guest pop-up.

Following two sell-out pop-ups with us last year and a series of smash-hit appearances around the city, Frankie’s is now taking up permanent residency right here at 36 North St.

For two weeks each month (including Brunch on the weekends!), it
’s all about seriously good Fried Chicken + Waffles, tasty tasty sides and desserts that hit all the right spots.

You know the drinks will be on point. There’ll be natural wines picked to pair with each of Adam’s dishes; a beer list we’re VERY excited by; and for the first time we get to share our love of American whiskey. And because Frankie’s is all about the family, this time we’re also thinking about the kids–just don’t blame us when the Coke Float or Five Dollar Shake sends their excitement levels through the roof.

To kick of 2025 in style we’ve invited our old mate Carlos back for two weeks of Basement 17 Tacos – we know we can be guilty of superlatives, but we’re confident in saying they’re the best Tacos this side of the Atlantic.

The rest of the time? When Adam’s busy at home with the kids, the kitchen is empty… which means it’s yours if you want it. So need a place for a birthday, engagement bash, divorce party? Want to host a supper club with friends but can’t fit them in your kitchen? Ever dreamt of having your own bar for a night? We’ve got you.

We’ll also be hosting some special one-off events so keep your eyes peeled for these. Here’s what’s coming up….

We couldn’t be more excited to be welcoming back Carlos and Basement 17 Tacos. From firing up the grill in the KASK garden just after lockdown to being one of the first chefs to do a residency at Kitchen by KASK, Carlos has always brought his A-game – and this time will be no different.

Expect bold, flavour-packed tacos paired with spot-on wines, plus a few Mexican-inspired drinks that’ll take things to the next level.

Your own private bar or restaurant

Kitchen by KASK is available for hire, either as a party venue or event space, or for Chefs as a bar and kitchen for pop-ups.
