We found a slightly off-dry (meaning ever so slightly sweet), lively and fresh white wine, with delicious notes of apple and peach stones, and the honey, mineral and nutty notes of a sherry. This is amazing with seafood, especially Oysters and Scallops.
This organic dry white wine from Spain is a real surprise. Made in Priorat, our expectation was that this would be a red wine – the tiny region in north-east Spain is known for its full-bodied, dusty reds, yet this is a white.
